Accessibility
Every author should be able to find the deadline, the fees and the way to submit, however they use the web.
What we aim for
We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) on icmece.org: readable contrast, full keyboard access with a visible focus, text alternatives for images, and no motion when your device asks for less. Last reviewed: October 2026.
Known gaps
The archived websites of past editions (under /past_events/) and the proceedings of past years were made before this website and are not fully accessible. The submission system (Microsoft CMT) and the payment page are run by other organizations.

If something on this website does not work for you, write to icmece.conference@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (+90 542 350 43 68), and we will send you the information in a format that works for you.
