Submit your abstract or full-text paper via our Submission Page through the Microsoft CMT system.
After peer review, if your paper is accepted, you will receive an official acceptance letter from icmece.conference@gmail.com.
Along with your acceptance letter, we will send you a registration form link. Complete this online form with your personal and billing information.
Based on your registration form, we will send you a proforma invoice and payment instructions with bank transfer details or other payment methods.
Make your payment according to the instructions. Once received, you will get a payment confirmation email. Registration complete! ✓
If you wish to attend as a listener without presenting a paper, please send an email directly to icmece.conference@gmail.com requesting the registration form. We will guide you through the registration and payment process.
Without completing your payment, your paper will NOT be published in the conference proceedings, even if it has been accepted.
